There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no ads on this site. Nothing you type into the site is sent anywhere.
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to count which pages and lessons are used. If you don’t, nothing is collected for analytics at all.
This website is run by Primo Learning Studio (“Primo”, “we”). You can reach us at hello@primo.love about anything in this policy.
Analytics, only with your permission. When you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics records which pages you open, which lessons and Playground activities you start and finish, the language you use, and general technical details such as your browser, device type and approximate region. It does not receive your name, email address, or anything you type. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it only to reply.
Hosting logs. Our host, Vercel, processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser) to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are set only after you allow analytics. They last up to two years unless you clear them.
The site also remembers two small choices in your browser’s local storage: your language, and whether you allowed analytics. These never leave your device.
You can change your mind at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Choosing “No thanks” turns analytics off and deletes its cookies.
Our lessons are made for children aged about 5 to 9, and the site is meant to be used by teachers, schools and families. Children can play the previews without giving us any information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you set up a device for children, you can choose “No thanks” to analytics and nothing will be collected for analytics on that browser.
We use Google (analytics and email), Cloudflare (email forwarding) and Vercel (hosting) to run the site. They process data on our behalf and may do so outside your country. We don’t sell or rent information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months, then deleted automatically. Emails are kept as long as we need them to help you.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with “Cookie settings”. You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you’ve sent us by writing to hello@primo.love. Analytics data isn’t linked to your name, so we can’t usually find a particular person in it.
If we change how the site uses information, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
